Tom has been an active Realtor for more than 24 years as a Broker Owner, Real Estate Educator and Top producing Sales Associate. He started Cooper Kent & Associates in 2011 to assist sellers with renting and managing their homes during the challenging years of underwater market values and also specialized in Short Sales at this time. Under Tom’s leadership. Cooper Kent & Associates has grown to managing well over 60 homes for clients worldwide in addition to his own growing portfolio of investment homes. Cathey Eidson
Cathey has been licensed for nearly 23 successful years in Real Estate and has worked with Tom LeCain on many ventures from ERA North Point Properties to PREP USA the very first online Real Estate School in the state of Georgia. However, her passion has always been with numbers. Cathey currently works as the account supervisor for Cooper Kent & Associates and will assure you have timely financial reports for your Investment properties.
Jonathan Shaw
I worked for ERA to set up their Business Consulting Practice nationally. Became a Realtor in 1994. Developed and implemented our Property Management Company with Tom LeCain in 2010. Currently, I am the Property Manager for Cooper Kent and Associates and still am active selling Real Estate.
